About me
Hi, I'm Olivia and I'm so happy you are here. Welcome.
I'm a Somatic Therapist in my fourth and final year of study to become a Biodynamic Body Psychotherapist (UKCP & EABP accredited). This is where psychotherapy meets therapeutic touch and somatic release. I am also a qualified massage therapist and sound healer (CMA).

You are not alone
I offer you a depth of safety to feel free to truly express yourself in a non- judgemental space. I have plenty of life experience and have found myself in all sorts of situations, so believe me, I am unshockable.​ My attitude is one of total acceptance and love for those I work with. ​
I will adapt to you - which means a session could be purely for relaxation and grounding or into something more active to release trauma and accumulated stress from the body for example. If negative feelings come up there is the opportunity for them to come out. And it should be the same with positive emotions - beautiful memories, hope, laughter and inspiration that might surface.
As the Reichian therapist, Ola Raknas once said,
"Everything is welcome, although if you break a window you will have to pay for it!"
